Cancellations
24 hours advance notice is required for appointment cancellations or changes. Appointments cancelled in less than the required time will be subject to a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will be posted several places, including the spa lobby, on our website, and in our menu of services. It is subject to change without notice, however, it will not exceed the full price of your missed spa treatment.
Mothers to be
Please note that any heat treatments and some spa treatments are not suitable for Mother's to be. We highly recommend that you consult with your doctor prior to your spa visit. All pregnancy massages require a written referral from the obstetrician providing prenatal care, and will only be performed after the 1st trimester is complete.
Spa Attire
We recommend wearing something comfortable that will help contribute to a relaxing spa experience. Valuable items, such as jewelry and cell phones, should be left at home or the office, as we cannot be responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings. Some spa treatments may require you to remove your clothing, and for such treatments, cover-ups will be provided. If you wish to forego the cover-up, Options will not be responsible for any damage to your clothing, such as staining, bleaching, or grease spots.
For airbrush tanning, we recommend you wear something loose and of a dark color to go home in, as tight or fitted clothing may mess up the evenness of your tan, and light or white clothing will get stained. During the tanning session, most people choose not to wear anything, however, if you prefer to be partially covered during your tan, Options provides disposable bikini panties. If you choose to wear a bathing suit or bra, we recommend using an old one that you designate to using solely for the purposes of tanning. Options will not be responsible for any discolorations, staining, bleaching, or any other damage to your clothing.

Please speak softly throughout the spa, for others such as yourself, are relaxing during their treatment.
Health Considerations
Please inform us of any medical conditions or special needs prior to your treatment. If you are pregnant or have high blood pressure, avoid any heat treatments. Skin procedures and waxing services also have specific contraindications. Therefore, it is important to disclose ALL medical conditions and medications, and to provide updates at future visits. Also, please notify your therapist if you currently have or if you think you may be getting a rash, sores, or any illness or infections, as this poses a significant risk to our staff and could potentially worsen your condition.
Gratuities
Gratuity is NOT included in the posted pricing any of our spa services or gift certificates. Gratuities are always appreciated, however, please do not feel obligated, as it is solely at your discretion. Your therapist or esthetician will receive 100% of all gratuities you choose to give. At Options, we believe that gratuity is a reward for a job well done, providing an incentive for continued excellence.
Cell Phone Policy
We understand the desire to keep in touch. However, in consideration of all of our patients, cell phone use is not permitted beyond our spa reception area.
Returns
All gift certificate sales are final. However, products returned within 7 days with receipt will be issued a full refund. A Spa Credit will be issued for products returned within 7 days without a receipt.
